My skills have grown through working in the real world ... As a Sales, Operations and Customer Service Manager and Director, I have worked in a variety of businesses in the UK and the USA. The experience I have gained has given me a great insight into regional similarities and differences in business trading.
It has also taught me that although we are all individuals, we are all essentially the same...we are all capable of achieving more than we think! A great boss or colleague can be responsible for drawing greatness out, and we can help them do that.
