Phil Robins

Leaving CA in April this year to fulfil a lifelong goal of working as an independent consultant in sales training, motivation and management, Phil now consults in sales training as an associate of Gazing Performance.  He also works in Partner recruitment as an associate of Foster MacCallum, and undertakes short term interim sales management contracts in companies working in the IT sector.  Extensive experience in driving sales strategy, motivating sales forces, and coordinating cross-functional teams over the last 20 years, in director and sales manager roles, has enabled Phil to turnaround teams in five successive companies including CA, Symantic and McAfee.  A competitive mountain biker and keen sailor, Phil also cites family and friends as central to his leisure activities.
