Andrew Marriott

While working as a very successful sales manager with a number of globally recognised organisations Andrew realised that the part of the job that he really enjoyed was developing his colleagues and customers, delivering education and training. 

Having spent time early in his career with Xerox Andrew was trained by Gazing and spent several years using the techniques that he learnt to consistently over achieve sales targets and advance his career.  It is testament to Gazing's methods that in 2007 he decided to pursue his dreams and began the process of becoming an associate.

Qualifying as a Gazing Associate in 2009, Andrew has spent time with a number of Gazing's core customers and is developing his own business in Scotland and the North focusing primarily on the business systems.

Away from work Andrew is an accomplished cook and chooses to spend his free time in the great outdoors cycling, camping and hiking.
