Bede Brosnahan - Director of Operations

Bede's is responsible for all aspects of operations including increasing the capability to deliver to a growing number of global clients. He also overseas all training and accreditation of consultants and partners ensuring the highest levels of delivery and support are given to our clients.

Bede has a wide range of experience coaching and mentoring using the Gazing products in all aspects from Business through to Education. He is currently working with London Irish supporting their coaches and squad to ensure the highest level of mental preparation as they compete for Premier League supremacy.

Bede heads up Seido Karate in London and has over 20 years experience in martial arts.

Prior to joining Gazing, Bede had an accomplished career as a teacher both in New Zealand and in London. He achieved rapid career progression, being appointed Head of Year and Head of History at his school in New Zealand.

His main responsibilities at Gazing are for operations issues, growing Gazing’s capability internationally and in the UK,  and maintaining the quality of the  delivery of Gazing’s training. He is responsible for the training of Gazing personnel and partners and oversees all delivery. Bede has a wide range of experience coaching and mentoring using the Gazing products has successfully helped individuals apply them in their own domain. As well as having coached a nationally ranked top-level rugby 1st XV in New Zealand, Bede has 23 years experience as a martial artist, has competed internationally, and is branch chief of a leading karate  school in London.
