Emma Trinder MSc BSc (Hons)
Emma joined the Gazing team having spent 12 years working in research for the Ministry of Defence. Her degrees in Psychology and Operational Research, led her to specialise in analysis of command, control, communications and Intelligence systems for the Royal Air Force. This required thorough understanding of the environment in which the RAF was operating, the systems that needed to be put in place to achieve the desired performance and working with aircrew to ensure that they could adapt to and use the systems under the pressure of the operating environment.
Her last position before joining Gazing was as Technical Director for Research within the Defence Evaluation and Research Agency, involved in the definition of the research programme for MOD and working with Industry to ensure that maximum synergy could be gained from collaborative programmes.
Within Gazing, her role has focussed on selling and delivering the range of Gazing programmes to businesses, managing global accounts, developing and launching the range of Gazing programmes for Schools and supporting the development of new trainers both within Gazing and for trainers within our clients’ organisations.
