Martin Fairn

The early part of his career included a range of sales roles from Commercial Sales to Key Account Management in Xerox, and then 3 years as a Sales Manager for Xerox in Central London.  Following that he then took responsibility for ‘Quality and Customer Loyalty’ for the UK company, which included managing the industry leading ‘Xerox Business Excellence Programme’ based on the European Quality Award.  Finally he moved to Canada, where he spent his last 3 years as General Manager for Xerox in Toronto.  Martin joined Gazing as Sales Director, since then he has been responsible for business development, and has delivered training ranging from our basic sales training to senior management effectiveness and team building.  Besides a highly successful career with a blue-chip organisation, he can also point to a lengthy career as a first class rugby player, in which he achieved international representation.
