Nicky Simonds-Gooding
Her energy and approach to clients has been described as inspiring and enjoyable. Most importantly whether it is working to improve the skill capability or focused on a specific area of need the outcome she strives for on behalf of her clients is to get better results, which are sustainable.
Prior to joining Gazing she spent 15 years in ITV selling and marketing commercial air-time.
In addition to her work as a training consultant Nicky continues to play competitive squash for both her local club and at county level. Here she puts into practice some of what she coaches which is the ability to perform more effectively whilst under pressure.
