Tim Kerr

Tim is a Modern Languages, Psychology and Linguistics graduate from Lancaster University.  He has a 15 year track record of coaching and mentoring high performers in the spheres of business and sport. His performance management skills have been deployed in areas as diverse as premium airline customer service delivery, maritime passenger operations and football refereeing.

Tim is an FA qualified football coach, but his skills have successfully transferred in to rugby, track athletics and distance running at local and county levels.  He has also worked with elite athletes, including an AAA British track Champion.

Growing Gazing’s sports business has been Tim’s main focus since he joined the team in November 2006.   A new subsidiary company, Gazing Performance Sport, has been set up to bring added impetus to the sports division.  As Managing Director, Tim is responsible for ensuring the Sports team has the resources and support they need to deliver the excellent service levels enjoyed by clients across the Gazing network as a whole.

Gazing’s current UK sport portfolio includes elite athletics, Premiership rugby union, Atlantic rowing and Premiership football.  Work has also been undertaken for the English RFU (Rugby Football Union).
