Martin Fairn - CEO

With a strong background in sales, Martin heads up Gazing's business development activities, working with clients with worldwide on delivery and ongoing implementation of our programmes to improve performance under pressure.

Starting his career with Xerox, Martin learned the art of selling in a variety of roles, from Commercial Sales to Sales Manager for in Central London. He then took responsibility for ‘Quality and Customer Loyalty’ for the UK company, which included managing the industry-leading Xerox Business Excellence Programme, based on the European Quality Award. Moving to Canada, he spent his final three years with Xerox as General Manager in Toronto.

Martin joined Gazing as Sales Director. Since then, he has been responsible for business development, and has delivered training ranging from our basic sales training to senior management effectiveness and team building. In addition to a highly successful career with a blue-chip organisation, Martin also enjoyed a long career as a first class rugby player, in which he achieved international representation.
