The primary purpose of this pre-engagement questionnaire is to reflect on your own responses to pressure situations. Whilst you may not have been in these situations exactly, try to imagine how you would feel and act, and answer as honestly as possible.

There are nine questions and should only take you 10-15 minutes to complete.
