Here are just some examples. According to Ian Roberts, the Head of the Avis Sales Direct team, the Gazing course is directly attributable for a 50 per cent improvement in sales.

For Janice Durham at Xerox 2005 was one of her most successful years in her own words she says "using Gazing methodology who knows how good I can be next year and beyond!"

For 1st Contact Group in London the task was to increase revenue of their most profitable product from 27% of sales to an ambitious 40%. We increased it to 81%, a mark where it has remained constant for the past 6 months.

We know what we do works because we measure it. Clients use this to assess return on investment.

When we evaluate our training courses Gazing look at four specific indicators based on Kirkpatricks “Evaluating Training Programmes”:

Reaction: e.g. how much did delegates enjoy the course

Learning: e.g. how much have delegates remembered

Behaviour: e.g. are delegates actually using the map

Impact: e.g. sales results, team satisfaction, attrition rates

The evaluation process should not be onerous. The aim is to give clients a way of systematically reviewing a training course and its impact. For Gazing the training event begins a journey which is a partnership between us and our clients. The end result being the impact on the business performance.
